Decluttering
One of the steps on your journey to minimalism and simple living is to declutter and organise your home.
There are no set rules to minimalism and therefore there are no set amount of things you must declutter from your home or a set amount of things you’re allowed to keep. Minimalism looks different to everyone.
If you were to ask ten different minimalists “how much do I need to declutter?”, they would tell you ten different amounts. There is no golden amount of things you must get rid off in order to become a minimalist
There are just two rules that I like to follow in order to be considered minimalism: Everything I own must have a purpose and I must find value and love using each item I own.
Decluttering and organising your home, while resulting in less items, should result in more: more time to spend on your loved ones, more time to focus on what’s important, more clarity, and truly loving your home more.
