Since beginning my minimalism journey, I’ve been trying to practice sustainable living more and more.
I’ve been learning about the importance of reducing my footprint on the Earth, and leaving as little a mark as possible.
We can already see the effects global warming is having on the earth. Nothing and no-one can reverse this, except for us. Otherwise, there will be no earth for future generations.
We all have an obligation to start making changes.
Naturally, minimalism is a step in that direction. But for me, it’s more than that – I want to live with an eye towards sustainability.
Much like you can say “eating healthy” or “living healthy”, I feel like sustainable living encompasses all aspects of our lives (including but not limited to: what we eat, where we work/play, how we travel, what we consume etc).
